Meet Lucy — a Chinese massage therapist now taking appointments from a central York location. Drawing on traditional Chinese therapeutic methods alongside conventional massage technique, every session is adapted to what your body needs — from firm, targeted deep work through to gentle, restorative treatment.

Five Treatments

• Chinese Cupping Therapy — a traditional technique using suction cups to stimulate blood flow, release stubborn muscular tension, and support the body's natural recovery

• Tailored Deep or Gentle Massage — pressure set entirely by you, whether that's deep tissue work to break down long-standing knots or a lighter treatment focused on relaxation

• Head Massage — soothing, focused work on the scalp, neck and shoulders to ease tension headaches and clear mental fatigue

• Back Massage — targeted relief for soreness and tightness across the back and shoulders, ideal for desk work and postural strain

• Foot Massage — revitalising attention to tired feet, easing the strain of long days and improving circulation throughout the lower body
