What we are. MaciaLux is an advertising directory for independent massage therapists; we do not provide, perform, arrange or take payment for the treatments themselves.
Core model. MaciaLux is an advertising directory only. We list independent massage therapists so clients can find and contact them. We do not provide, perform, arrange, broker, supervise, or take payment for any massage or treatment. Any treatment is a matter solely between the client and the independent therapist. We never handle client→therapist payments.
Applies to everyone using the site, and especially to therapists/advertisers and any content submitted.
You must NOT
- Use the platform to advertise, offer, solicit or imply any sexual, adult, or non-genuine-therapeutic service. The platform is exclusively for legitimate, professional massage therapy.
- Post false, misleading, fraudulent or impersonating content, or misrepresent qualifications, identity, or services.
- Post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, obscene or harmful content.
- Advertise without holding the required qualifications, insurance and legal right to practise.
- Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy.
- Include content for minors or depicting minors.
- Attempt to bypass the platform's review/vetting, or insert contact details/links designed to evade our processes where prohibited.
- Upload malware, scrape the site, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt the service.
- Use the platform other than in accordance with these and our other policies and the law.
Enforcement
We may review content, refuse, edit, suspend or remove listings/content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity to authorities. Breaches may be acted on without refund.
