Meet Sara — a qualified masseuse with many years of professional experience, working from a clean, well-equipped home studio in Havant. Nine treatments on the menu, a genuinely comprehensive set of qualifications behind them, and a studio set up properly rather than improvised.

Nine Treatments

• Thai Oil Massage — traditional technique combining assisted stretching and rhythmic pressure with warm oils to release tension and restore mobility

• Tuina Massage — a classical Chinese therapeutic system using targeted pressure and manipulation along the body's energy channels

• Deep Tissue Massage — firm, focused pressure reaching the deeper muscle layers to break down chronic knots and resolve stubborn tightness

• Relaxing Massage — flowing, unhurried work with a selection of fragranced oils, designed purely to help you switch off completely

• Head & Foot Massage — concentrated relief for the areas carrying the most daily strain, easing tension headaches and tired feet

• Aromatherapy — therapeutic essential oils blended with skilled massage technique to calm the nervous system and lift mood

• Hot Stone Massage — heated stones worked across the body to melt deep-seated muscular tension and improve circulation

• Heat Treatment — applied warmth that softens tight tissue and prepares the body for deeper therapeutic work

• Cupping — therapeutic suction that releases adhesions, stimulates blood flow, and accelerates recovery

Qualifications

Level 3 Diploma in Thai Massage, Diploma in Aromatherapy Massage (FAMI Hair and Beauty Institute), and Diploma in Full Body Massage (Essex Beauty Training School).

A Studio Set Up Properly

The treatment table is a solid, extra-large electric model a full metre wide — enough space to be worked on comfortably, at the right height. The studio is cleaned thoroughly every night, the table disinfected between every client, and fresh paper used each time.

Easy to Reach, Easy to Park

Based in Havant close to Old Bedhampton village centre, just off the A27/A3(M) junction — five minutes from Havant and Farlington, ten from north Portsmouth, and a ten-minute walk from Bedhampton rail station. Free off-road parking is available directly outside the door, so no permits, no wardens, no circling the block.

Local home visits are available at certain times of day with additional travel charges.

Open 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM every day, with earlier or later slots occasionally possible if booked the day before. Ladies and gentlemen both welcome.
