The strain business travellers carry is fairly consistent — shoulders, neck and upper back from long days sitting and screen time, plus the wired-but-exhausted feeling that makes switching off in an unfamiliar room difficult. Working with one type of client in one setting means Tom has become genuinely good at treating exactly that, rather than applying a general routine and hoping it lands.
It also removes the friction. After a full day, finding a studio and travelling across town and back is the last thing you want. Tom comes to you.

Before anything else, there's a short conversation: how your week has been, where you're holding tension, what pressure you prefer, and anything to avoid. What to Expect
The treatment is straightforward therapeutic massage throughout, with you covered apart from the area being worked on. If anything feels uncomfortable at any point, say so and it gets adjusted.
